I have the distinct honor to have been chosen to do the entryway potted plants and the bi-weekly arrangements for the Blue Door Pub http://thebdp.com/.  Not only do they have the best beer and burgers in town, the staff is wonderful too!  I went to school with one of the owners, Pat, and his fabulous wife, Lara, and have since become aquaitences with the other owner, Jeremy. 

Make sure to try my favorite Blucy stuffed with fresh garlic and Bleu cheese and a pint of Lift bride Farm Girl Saison which just happens to be brewed by another old high school buddy, Brad, one of the owners of Lift Bridge http://www.liftbridgebrewery.com/home.aspx.

below is a sampling of the arrangements I’ve done for them:

I was asked to do two large entryway arrangements for the Home and Garden Show.  I wanted them to look very natural, Spring like, and fun.  I covered the tall, cylinder, glass vases with Moss and Scotch Broom to make it appear as if flowers were growing out of a bog. Curly Willow, blooming Forsythia, Snapdragons, Oranges, Tangerines, delicious, fat Ranunculus, and Lavender graced the vase and caused many people to go touch them, in disbelief that they were all real.   

With more of the same flowers as used in the above arrangements, I created a 6×6x6 square vase arrangement for a birthday present but added Iris, pink and red Ranunculus, and a red ribbon:
